FAQ
Questions we get before an order
If you can’t find the answer here, call us or book a home visit.

How much does a home visit cost?
Nothing. The home visit is free, with measurements, material samples and a sketch. You’re under no obligation to order.
How much does a sliding door wardrobe cost?
The price depends on size, doors, materials and interior. You always get a fixed price after the free home visit. The price covers the finished wardrobe, installed in your home.
Is it possible to get a price estimate before a home visit?
Yes, it is generally possible. We want to make the best use of your time and ours. So if you have some measurements and a picture of your space, we can give you a rough price estimate before we visit you. Just call us on 040-21 40 80.
Which areas do you cover?
We install across all of Skåne. The showroom is at Agnesfridsvägen 186 in Malmö, and you’re welcome to drop in during opening hours without booking.
How long is the delivery time?
Normally three to four weeks from approved sketch to installation. Some special glass can take a week or so longer, and if that applies we tell you already when we give the quote.
Is installation included in the price?
Yes. The price you get is a fixed price for the finished wardrobe, including installation, fittings and removal of packaging.
How does the ROT deduction work?
If you own your home you get a 30 percent deduction on the labour cost. We take the amount straight off the invoice and apply to Skatteverket for you.
ROT stands for repair/maintenance, conversion and extension of existing buildings (Reparation/underhåll, Ombyggnad och Tillbyggnad). To be eligible for the ROT deduction you must be fully tax liable in Sweden, be at least 18 years old, have had expenses for HUS services (ROT and RUT together are called HUS services), own a house or a tenant-owned apartment (bostadsrätt), and have costs that relate to your household or your parents’ household.
The ROT deduction is 30%. It equals 30% of the labour cost including VAT, up to a maximum of 50,000 kr per person per year. It is a tax reduction, and your tax can never go below 0 — in other words you can never get more tax reduction for work on your home than the final tax you have to pay after your other deductions. Since 1 July 2009 the invoice model applies: as the buyer you get the tax reduction directly when you buy the service, and you pay 70% of the labour cost to us while we claim the rest from Skatteverket.
The process: as the customer you get a preliminary tax reduction directly on the final invoice, you receive a notice from Skatteverket about the amount paid to us as the contractor, and you apply for the final tax reduction in your tax return.
Your information: to make a ROT deduction on the invoice we need your name and personal identity number (personnummer), plus the property designation (or the housing cooperative’s (brf) organisation number) and your apartment number. If you want to know more about ROT, you’ll find fuller information at skatteverket.se.
Can you build under a sloped ceiling?
Yes. We measure the height at several points and fit the frames and doors to the slope, which is common in attic flats in Malmö and Lund.
Which materials can I choose from?
Decor panels, mirror in clear, smoked or bronze, and glass in black, white, light grey or silver metallic. The profiles come in silver, black, white or bronze, New York in black.
Can you add to a wardrobe I already have?
Often we can. We look at the existing frame at the home visit and can build a new interior or new doors if the measurements and tracks allow it.
How do I look after the doors?
Wipe with a damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent. The tracks need vacuuming now and then, and the doors can be lifted out so you can clean behind them.
What happens if something needs adjusting afterwards?
Get in touch and we’ll come back. Fittings and wheels are replaceable parts that we keep in stock for several years after installation.

Still have questions?
Call 040-21 40 80 or send your measurements in the form, and we’ll get back to you with a proposal and a time for the home visit.
